I started at Avon as an Independent Sales Rep in July 2010. I needed something to fit around my family life as I have two little girls under 3 and didn't want to spend a lot of time away from them. It was the best move I have ever made as I get to work the hours I want when I want. I can take the girls with me when I’m delivering and I do all the ordering on the internet at home so I’m not missing the important things like first steps etc. Avon has really changed my life it has made me so much more confident. I get to meet new people and get to do something I really love and the best bit is I get paid for it.
In November 2010 I went up the ladder and became a Sales Leader so now I get even more out of it as I get to sell products I love and I give people the chance to change their life and sell it too.

I've been an Avon Rep with Michelle for 12 months now. I have 2 other Part time jobs as well as a family and Avon fits in really well.
As an added bonus to earning some money and buying treats for me and my daughter I've met some really great ladies on my round.
I wouldn't describe myself as a salesperson so if I can do it anyone can. Good Luck!
